House Guide

We’re really glad you’re here! This page is a resource for everything you need to know to make yourself at home. If you need anything during your stay, please don't hesitate to call or text our property manager at 323-835-5770.

City Regulations

Short-term rental operators in Palm Springs must adhere to strict laws to stay on good terms with the city. These laws include occupancy limits, party-free homes, and no outdoor music, among others.

  • The maximum number of overnight occupants per city regulation is 2 people per bedroom.

  • Upon arrival, you'll be required to sign a renter's agreement (click here to preview). We'll also need a photo ID to verify your age (driver's license or passport).

In order to stay with us, you'll also be asked to review and agree to the Good Neighbor Brochure (click here to preview).

  • According to the city's policy, music should not be heard from the property line which basically means if the neighbor can hear it, it's too loud. This is a very serious offense and can result in high-cost fines and immediate eviction without refund.

    1. Nest & Split Air Conditioner: Please turn the units off before you leave.

    2. Sheets & Towels: Strip sheets and pillowcases, leave them in a pile on the bed. Put used towels on the bathroom floor.

    3. Dishes & Garbage: Ensure all dirty dishes make it to the sink and dispose of any garbage/recycling in the appropriate bins.

    4. Double Check: Check to make sure you haven't left anything behind, and don't forget to lock the door on your way out. If anything was accidentally lost or broken, please let us know before you leave.

We'd sure appreciate your help but no worries if you can’t get to it.
