How to get to the property

Here’s the address of the property: 130 W Racquet Club Rd Unit 309, Palm Springs CA 92262

• You'll enter Club Condominiums via Racquet Club Road.

• Proceed straight ahead to the main gate, where you'll find a call box on the left-hand side.

• Enter the gate code by pressing the # button followed by 1938 to open the gate.

The following map explains how to get to the parking spot and unit from the entrance.

How to get inside the unit

When you arrive, enter through the front door using the Yale keypad.

How to open the door:

  1. Press the Yale logo until it lights up

  2. Enter your pass code and press the checkmark

How to lock the door:

  1. Close the door and press the Yale logo or hold your palm on the keypad to lock the door.
